Heights Eye Center is a full service ophthalmic practice that provides diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and comprehensive eye examinations. Heights Eye Center provides personalized care that is delivered by a professional, experienced, and caring team using state-of-the-art diagnostic testing and treatments. 

Dr. L. Andrew Watkins, MD has been practicing with the Heights Eye Center since 1986 when he joined Dr. Lemuel Flanary, MD and Dr. Whitney Sampson, MD.  Dr Flanary practiced ophthalmology in the Heights for over 50 years before retiring in 1992.  Dr Sampson retired in 1994 after practicing ophthalmology for over 30 years. Dr. Watkins is proud to carry on their tradition of bringing quality eye care to all of his patients.
